But why would they do that if in fact it was the Ukrainians responsible? You would think they would be trumpetting to the high heavens.

Similarly, one can assume the US and NaTO also know who did it.
So if the pro-Russian rebels were responsible, why dont they just say so?
There are games being played....
I note that the official investigating team is not saying either way , at this stage, WHAT brought MH17 down , let alone who was responsible.
