GZ I always keep in mind someone's quote to the effect of: Never consider a conspiracy that which can be explained by human stupidity, in this case incompetence.

All I see is incompetence, amplified by the language/culture gulf. And to think some chicken-littles pooped their pants when Indonesia rattled their rusty sabre a few months ago. They couldn't organise a booze-up in a brewery. [I'm extrapolating Malaysian skills to Indonesia, but I think that could be done even broader in the corrupt nations]
