No it's not the wing
The small bit of the wing ,,,(an aileron)... 2 mtrs long ....the wing would be
closer to 30 or 40 mtrs long.
That small bit 2 mtrs....is hollow in some sections .
Would have a lot of boyancy.
Interesting find tho....I think we have found it....well someone has a piece
and that will prove it is somewhere in the INDIAN ocean.
A mate lost his boat years ago up off the NSW far north coast.
Got run over by a larger trawler on auto pilot
7 miles out ...but the large diesel motor washed
up in a day or so
helped by a piece of the hull bolted to it.
The ocean can move stuff ...depending on the swell
in big storms.Seen things when I was a younger fella
and doing scuba for years.
All very interesting...I'll keep watching
