    This is likely the sophisticated traders pushing down the price to get more shares. Lot of stop losses probably got hit.

    if it was “bad Ann” coming and they leaked.. then the traders probably would have pushed price up prior in an “anticipation” and dumped on news.

    i would sit tight on this
