Also Magellan did do a nice thing for us as the issue of 7.5% more shares (say) would normally dilute our shareholdings and the SP would drop by something like that %. However Magellan paid into MHH when the new shares were issued to increase the value of the assets held and ensure there is no dilution. Therefore the SP will not be adversely affected by that.
Still a good deal IMO. Also Magellan did do a nice thing for us...
