Yeah billgeld, that's what I'm wary of, hence why I raised the original question a few weeks ago of whether we had to send in the form in the first place. Legally, there's nothing stopping them from saying that we had to send the forms in as the Prospectus says nothing about BPAYing, and the clauses within were adamant that you HAD to send the form in to constitute acceptance. Oh well, what can you do but live and learn? I wouldn't be surprised either if MHL did that, considering the dodgy management.
