yep different story for landfill deals - we dig it up and can sell the recovered materials minus what it costs to process it. 300,000T landfill = 7% pure AL = .07x300000x$2200 = 46 mill - forget digging for gold - lets just go find some slag dumps....which they have. Even better - justify the capex of the plant via toll treating ongoing waste for great profit and then feed the dumps in as well while being thanked for it by local govt and the industry.
