I need to find your exact post but I'm at work and time is short.
In essence from my recollection you said that before the prev cap raising MHM said they wouldnt cap raise.
When they did raise capital it was for their expansion into the USA and was in October and you are referring to an Investor Pres in January ??!!
Even despite that 10 month period there is no mention of not cap raising in that Presentation.
They do state their aim is to minimise shareholder dilution and max returns per share which is very different to what you claimed.
They also state in there the intention to expand into the USA in 2011 which they subsequently did ahead of schedule in 2010.
Maybe you are mistaken in your reference ?
