I agree that the top 20 and directors are fiercely loyal, just as many of us here are also, however, you will need a lot more than 30% to avoid an offer that is 100% over the current share price. An intimate understanding of the potential is needed and in this case a combined stance.

I am not saying that this is a near term issue, but it begins to be a more compelling case the closer MHM get to rollout.
