the told us in the quarterly that the hertigae plan had been completed so assume that it has also been submitted. Should hear about that by end of feb one way or another. Hays rd objections closed onthe 9th of Feb, so assuming there were no objections we should know about that in 30 days+ time. So hopeing that by end of March there is some real clarity around the salt ponds.
As many people have mentioned the wild cards are the Silica plants and the US recycle plants, they could come any time
