You may be correct .
I however think a business banker is unlikely to support debt for a company of the nature of MHM until it has proven its ability to generate the level of production that gives the bank certainty over cash flow, and then shows a profit on current activities prior to addidng others.
At present the company has sufficient cash to get it to this point , it has time to show that Geelong can generate enough positive cash to fund the entire business .
