"proven its ability"
This will happen when Moolap is up and running.
You know that, I know that, the Inmvestment community will know that.
The banking community at the corporate level loves that type of company/that type of deal.
That is unless Alcoa , SSC or the US government does not come up with a the funds. This is what Ben Mead is working on.
