Nothing out of Bartlett today either . He is delivering his West Coast policy (if elected) and nothing about Silica Smelters . I am starting to think that nothing but "sweet carrots" will come out of the pre election period . Pork Barrelling time . No decisions can be made till after the election - just "promises" . The fact that Bartlett has already passed on the opportunity to update the electorate I suggest that no Smelter owner is prepared to commit till all parties are negotiated with .
