No they didn't, so 1st results we're obviously complete dusters.
Again, 2 months delay from initial ETA of results? Come on, seriously? How gullible are people.
There are ways around the rules of reporting, they're probably not even in breach of any rule.
Contact ENV and get them to report whether in fact they had actually received results in April.
I think you'll find they did.
