ROEROC are u actually a member of the board........ why doesnt nomad just put in big writing that if you have experience in mining it counts tenfolds than experience in building. if fact dont bother applying if do not have experience in mining. if michael bourke is to stay like i said earlier he just needs to suround himself with people who has more experience in the buidling industry. and get more people in the building industry onto the board.......that way he will get the credit for those below him who know a lot more than him.....
