I'm not sure MB should be your target - let's have a look at the directors.
They have overseen the decay of this group, with their inaction executive and senior board figures have left continually - this type of keyman turnover can only lead to chaos at an operating level - it has obviously concerned investors as refelected in the share price.
They have now responded by setting in place an executive, who has merit, but has an almighty task and no direct experience and also no senior industry board figures (read A Thomas) in support.
MB could prove to be a good man in a crisis, but lacking an organisation around him, could be on a hiding to nothing.
Either way just wouldn't trust my money with this board.
