    can you be more specific with your concerns, waievolution?
    On the surface, it appears the company is financially stronger, is turning around by addressing systems and processes, and operates in a growth market. Also, you've got a major shareholder which will roll up the sleeves to force through the appropriate change. A return to $10M net profit by 2012 puts the company on a PE of 3.5x!! What am I missing?
