Not sure what the point is here, if you cut this to a monthly payment like he was being paid then over the campaign it's not much at all? I'm also unsure it's that unusual for him to have funds available to take care of things besides his retainer as well so what exactly is the scandal? I'm sure Hillary's lawyers got paid a megaton during the campaign as well and I don't think it means anything because it seems the American way to do things.
