As I have said all along the big game plan is to sort out the Middle East and also put the frighteners on any other regimes which support terrorism.
Seems to be working pretty well so far, but time will tell.
If Iraq becomes a successful democracy and their oil production is freed up during this process that is icing on the cake. It was never the primary aim, just like getting rid of WMD was never the primary aim.
Some of you people seem to believe that politicians and the rest of them who run the world should always tell you the truth. Maybe they should but it never has and never will be the way of things. You and I are just not that important in the big scheme of things.
