He presents in a measured tone Mr Dobovich, certainly we need that after Alan oversold the quick flip at $3,500 to $5,500 per acre (if our rocks were good) and had lost credibility with the implied land value now close to zero.

The strategy is now pretty clear, sit and wait for the land values to return to something that reflects the vast amount of oil & gas the Montney & Calima is sitting on. I really think going it alone is out of the question, and that we shouldn't be fearful of a capital raise if the share price pokes its head up, management can't afford more dilution .

A waiting game from here, Calima specific news flow is going to be non existent, but watch the news coming out of the Montney , get the feeling the area is definitely emerging from two years of distress..
