I understand that the Supreme Courts will soon hear proceedings alleging Giovinazzo has been, amongst other things, misleading and deceptive. From what I hear other GPR stakeholders are vehemently pursuing him with a team of tier 1 lawyers.
RIMs Board must exercise caution so as to not involve the company. In my view they should put a stay on all dealings with GPR pending this outcome.
