Having a rights issue - one option for every two shares for 2c. Can convert to FPO's for 3c. Goes ex rights 15/9. Seems an odd way to raise funds, fr example could have gone two FPO's for three at 3c. There must be a technical reason or some play in the background that is not immediately evident.
