No, i am concluding that anyone watching the doco who had doubts, would question those doubts after watching the documentary.

That's just no right!. The parents didn't know Jackson was molesting their kids and chose to let it happen. That's a ridiculous statement. At worst, the parents were naive and blinded by his stardom and thought there was no way a superstar like MJ would molest children. Many of the parents are guilty of being bad parents and not protecting their children sufficiently, but to say they knew their children were being molested is crazy.
