Hi MAE,
There was a recent advert for 6 Walker Street Kooralbyn
@ $125,000, 1.11 acre. Touted as next to Murray Bailey's newly acquired Kooralbyn Resort for $25mil. (Jenson Property-Yeronga)
Could this be it? No mention of Elysean Fields glory.
Can somebody with research credentials help me find out about Industry Average for Settlement periods.
As you noticed a lot of PIF assets are disposed of with 18, 24 month settlements. Greatly suspicious in light of WC stated aim to sell the assets over some 2 years and "return money to unitholders" (nsx 021724372). This is without doubt a Liquidation by Stealth, as this change of direction by WC RE was not put to members for approval. And with PWC returned, there is no hasty retraction of "Valuation Methodology" embedded in nsx 021724537.
And of course, Annual Financial Report 30 June 2011 still
to be delivered, was it 15 March?
Page 81 of ASIC's AR for 2010-2011 informs us that there were no payments made
under the Compensation for Detriment Caused by Defective Administration Scheme.
Neither were there any Administrative (Protective) Hearings conducted over the report period. That, in contravention of ASIC's stated Obligation to observe the rules of procedural fairness; ASIC hearings practice manual; paragraph 59(2)(c) of the ASIC Act.
