Seems to me that Oz had reasoned with the company secretary (and others ?) with no success, quite the opposite actually. He should hardly be expected to have to plead for something he is entitled to.
From what I read he made absolutely no headway whatsoever until he posted on HC that he would put forward a motion at the next AGM and suddenly he then received the companies cooperation and was emailed the top 20 list. No problem from my perspective – well done in my opinion !
