EPS accretitive acquisition - definately not falling due to the news. IIN is and has been for sometime a thinly traded stock. This will change as a result of the institutions taking the 20% share of stock.
My guess is the stock fell due to perceived competition from Telstra though i don't think IIN would be too concerned with this.
Looking forward to annual results - can then decipher the numbers and valuation.
Expecting a bounce back to $3's by month end for those that watch it too closely.
