You know that guy makes a living off spreading fear on podcasts.
There's some validity in what he suggests, but the fall of the great empire will take decades² and not something that will happen suddenly as some believe. The American's if you haven't noticed only pull their finger out last minute - their history is littered with it.
You posting this doesn't help BMLs cause, because they will only be successful if they get off-takes and finance and then there's all the risk of market timing and the actual build. Good luck!
