For silver stocks. Not sure how Lead explorers will fair.
Looking forward to the Directors commitment to the issuance uptake - that should be revealing. If they lean in hard I might convert. If not then I'd be inclined to steer well clear.
The 10Y Bond remains bullish = mine build capital costs will be higher. Only critical will get support from government, not non critical lead. Silver is way to volatile to use as a business case input for financiers.
