None of those blue wall of metrics make any difference to the prospects of this stock.
Progress = binding off takes and finance.
There's plenty of money being spent to diversify supply lines for critical minerals. But who is going to lean in for lead when there's no urgency on the supply line - none! That is why its not on the government list.
Wishing with the blue wall won't change a thing.
