"You got to be in it to win it!" not a particularly comforting statement for people who bought in a lot higher based on the same unsupported embellished rhetoric.
Who invests on that basis? Being in it from 40c, 30c, 20c has only lead to a loss not a win. Someone not in it and waiting for evidence that supports investment carries zero risk.
