CTN can not defer the Tuesday meeting as it's the AGM and companies are required to hold their AGMs within five months of the end of their financial year;
so with regard to above, AGM should go ahead on Tuesday as planned.
However, in light of CGA announcement on 23 November (Ann: Update of Contango MicroCap Limited Mandate) should we expect CTN announcement that Resolutions 6, 7, 8 be withdrawn and voted on at separate EGM at a later date? and why wasn't that announcement crossed to CTN in the first place??
given 28 day notice requirement for a meeting, last friday was the last day to provide such notice for a meeting to happen before Xmas, so it does seem this mess will now not be resolved until 2018, doesn't it?
