So the FBI are getting info from Michael Smith and not the Australian government.
And in Smith's list of offences he alternates between Foreign Ministers and Prime Ministers, notable missing PMs Howard and Abbott, but included Rudd and Gillard who were also PM at the time of the offences.
Something is not quite right about this, (and Smith).
