So Smith has made the complaint to the FBI, smells of desperation by Smith, but explains the need for him to supply info to support his allegations.

"....Smith claims the foundation received a “$25M financial advantage dishonestly obtained by deception”..."

I wonder who was deceived, the man on the left, or the man on the right.



Like everything else with Smith, don't hold your breath about this having any substance, fizzling out and Smith are a team.
