We have an infrastructure body already set up, let em, do their bloody jobs, and get politicians out of the way.
That said, there may be a " unicorn moment ", where federal govt action is required, on a single issue basis.

They cant be accrued.

Give each major party 5 mil to spend on campaigning which will get audited.

They're just a bunch of dishonest crooks at the moment.
