Yeah, the Michael West article was full of highly incorrect assumptions and questions that have no basis in reality.
There's no profit effect from the settlement becuase the work done to achieve the settlement has already been booked as revenue. And only work actually done has been booked, you cannot book "future work". The $35m is for future work and may not eventuate, and the profit element of that is a minor part.
