Some very good points are made here, but the elephant in the room as far as I am concerned is that Shine seem to take on many clients that have shopped around everywhere else and Shine is the only one that will take them on! When deciding to invest in this company many years ago I was told by 2 or 3 people in the legal profession words to this effect, and I thought oh well, they are entrepreneurial!!
I had said on here that we had personal experience with this and 1 or 2 posters said it was totally irrelevant. (As a long time shareholder I reluctantly sold most of ours when they were over 1.15)...But after reading many court cases that have been in the media, I really think that what I was told originally is still the case....sure, they take on many worthwhile causes, but also seemingly some dodgy clients and claims.
