I have been to the EWC offices in Hong Kong. I took the effort. Through the front two doors turn left and down about twenty metres there were over thirty engineers and designers all either working round a Board table or iin design modules. Who were these guys ?
They were employed and salaried employees of Slipform. I think they are just a few of a large number of employees of a company called Slipform.

X number of dollars goes to Slipform and West insinuates it goes directly into Elliots pockets ..... Well um no. I think it's called sub contracting.
