Shine have a claims where the company being sued has gone bankrupt such as one of the mesh providers AMS. If I was a bank I would have a provision such as a bad debt that is unlikely to be repaid . In the case of Shj this needs to be written down as an asset and it could be written back later on. This has not happened.
