I am not surprised that this happened (assuming this is a reliable source since its the SMH!!!!)......it's kind of what I am expecting to happen at the AGM for VCR.
I believe the directors are well aware of the SH dissatisfaction and would do something like this.
This is why SH must band together and communicate in numbers.
Time will tell.
