What you said in your last post is in fact libellous. I would not blame them if they took action against you as they must be getting sick and tired of your ramblings
In addition i am fairly sure that a Director of an ASX listed company is prohibited from undertakeing a material transaction between two companies which they hold an interest without shareholders approval.
