If you knew anything about Terraform providers (Which he likely also doesn't), the download stats are wildly inaccurate since Terraform is generally used in automated CI/CD pipelines so every time a pipeline is executed the provider is downloaded increasing that stat (And that's not necessarily executing something with the megaport API, that could just be automated pipelines checking for config drift.
