They didn't release any guidance(besides the general outlook for the industry) and said they would provide a more detailed outlook after Q1 activities.

I think that would imply that they are going to do a quarterly update for Q1 and provide guidance for CY 2019(at least an update at the AGM).

Re the dept, I don't think it is too big a deal while the DRP is being taken up by the large holders. I personally would prefer for a lower payout ratio so that the business could reinvest into more centres without the DRP, rather than diluting shareholdings at such low PE multiples through the DRP.

I also think a 6 monthly dividend would help sustain interest in MFD all year round from retail investors.
