Exactly Eskrow. She has purchased in two lots this year - $40K and $60K on market. They vended one of their centres to shareholders at 100% occupancy i.e. no upside for shareholders. and she committed $250K of the proceeds to buying shares on market. The arrogance of the lack of follow through didn't sit with me. Having said that I enjoyed a couple of years a very nice fully franked dividends and it was a better investment than holding cash as I sold out at pretty much the price I bought in it.
