No mate, OZL is a disaster but it is as much the shareholders disasters as management. That they were incompetent in running up so much debt when the storm clouds were forming is bad management. You have to factor that into your share purchasing decisions. The payouts since are upsetting. The final deal with the Chinese is in my mind, the only solution to the alternative which is bankruptcy and zero return. It is a salient lesson to all. Spread your risk, and use your stop loss button without exception.
