Avebury is still commisioning and ramping up, I am not sure that shutting it down now is a good decision. Certainly reducing costs and combining maintenance with Rosebury would be good.

Century certainly should look at reducing variable costs (weekend and public holidays maybe) and go to 5 day week operation.

See my other post on supply chain and having "skin in the game". If they close Century, they will not be able to start up quick enough to get full advantage of the spike in prices.
