couldn't agree more mate - im not entirely sure how after his previous failures that someone like this bloke gets an opportunity to run a top company with assets, it blows me away that they would not have a hedging policy.

I actually work for one of the best run companies in oz, its ORIGIN ENERGY, and the CEO / CFO are brilliant strategically, debt free and dont know what to do with the $5 Billion in cash they now have after the connoco phillips deal.

what a complete idiot i was for jumping on OZL when ORG was sitting at $8....now im down $40K and ORG is $16

i think sometimes you shouldnt look further than you nose for the best investment, thats taught me not to fall in love with a story.
