The problem with OZL is there own stupid arrogance of those running the show.

Hence why banks are making them do the things they are doing.

If they go under they go under because of arrogance.

I think they have been humbled and are likely to emerge a better company. Hence Mitchelmore's comments.

I agree with you it looks like banks are pulling the strings and company's finally obliging. Banks want the refinancing done as the Guru would say particularly the CBA at the moment. Last thing they need is a company like OZL faultering because of Bank selfishness and arrogance of not rolling over the debt when the company could have survived.

Banks just want to make sure of the survival before they do it.

No doubt the banks knew Mitchelmore was going to make a media release and approved it.
