lets just hope michelmore and macquarie dont fund anything by raising equity at these levels....

at this point in time, i'd like to see them borrow $1-2b to fund their next move and, only if required, in 12 or 18 months time do a small equity raising to clear the debt (with shareprice being north of $4) - obviously, they may not need to do this (equity raising) because cash generation isnt an issue with oxr.......
