As per RFG's latest announcement - reduced demand for franchises after the bad press, so it would be more difficult to sell, or more difficult to sell for a good price.
I'd say there's more chance of RFG improving their terms with franchisees now, so it's good if you plan to continue running the business (unless the bad press reduced demand for the stores too...) and bad if you plan to sell out.
Can we ask if the business is working out for you, how long you've been running it, and whether it's a good location?
