My first post was written last night (before todays GEM COH stmt), which is why I placed the 2nd post this morning after I checked ann's.

GEM picked up 666,151 @ 70c on mkt yesterday...you may need stronger glasses!
Not sure who's buying @ 70.5c.
GEM is undoubtedly the scoop net at 69.5c. Perhaps any vol sold to 69.5 allows them to buy a like amount at 70.5 and stay within budget??

As long as UBS don't capitulate, GEM cannot get 90%, and so KIM shares must still trade on mkt.
